Private: natural state property 69 m2, garden 1'506 m2 with flowers and trees, meadow. 4 m long bumpy, narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bicycle rental 3 km, bus stop "Lofsdalen" 3 km, railway station "Ljusdal" 178 km, underground station "Sundsvall" 285 km, rocky beach 3 km, bathing lake "Lofsjön" 3 km.
