Good apartment, big and clean, very quiet area, but close to shops and the beach, technically maned 24 hours, but the older guy was always down the road having a coffee and the young guy just sat there looking at his phone all day, no charisma. Very strict policy for staying there, which is good, will visit again also the shower was hot and powerful

Lovely place

Excellent place for family holiday. very clean and comfortable studio flat with everything you need to make your holiday great. And also not far from the beach strongly recommend.

Struttura a 1 km circa dalle discoteche. Siamo un gruppo di ragazzi e abbiamo passato più di una settimana al selvapark. Il proprietario è molto disponibile. La distanza dai locali non è troppa e non da fastidio. Neanche 10 minuti a piedi dal mare. La cauzione è di 50 euro al giorno e non 100 euro totali. La tassa di soggiorno non è 0.50 euro/giorno come scritto ma un po' di più. Gli appartamenti sono belli ma molto sporchi e abbastanza vecchi. Poche stoviglie e poche pentole. E' una casa per chi vuole spendere poco e andare a ballare. Dalle 23 alle 9 non si può uscire sui balconi pena la perdita della cauzione. Ma con rispetto verso gli altri lo fanno tutti. Appartamenti praticamente solo prenotati da italiani! Se siete italiani lasciate perdere le pizze che vi consigliano. La pizza mangiatela in italia! Supermercati, casinò e bancomat molto vicini a casa. Ingresso gratuito al casinò per i clienti di selvapark..

Двоякое впечатление осталось после проживания в этих апартаментах. При заселении встретил Хуан, хороший и веселый дядька, все объяснил, помог в час ночи достать воды и еды, когда магазины закрыты. Также объяснил, что где и как. Респект! Сам номер, конечно, подуставший, но ничего криминального. Чайник был, фен был, посуда была, электроплита жарила как сумасшедшая, кондиционер исправно работал. Чего нехватало можно обратиться к Хуану и он принесет. Но стоит учитывать, что на ресепшене часто никого не было. По поводу тишины. Мы жили на 4 этаже, над нами, похоже, апартаменты персонала, поэтому сверху никто не топал и не двигал стулья и столы. Сами апартаменты расположены на тихой улице, с улицы было не слышно абсолютно ничего, иногда соседи шумели, но в целом тихо. Бесплатный Wi-Fi в номере. Посерфить в интернете хватало, на видеовызовы по мессенджерам не в час пик все ок, вечером, когда в номерах много народу подтормаживало, но на поработать хватало. Что не понравилось. Кровати - это жесть. Очень сильно скрипят, очень! В бок может упираться пружина. Вообщем спать было не очень комфортно. Сервис и уборка. Уборки не было вообще, убирались сами, но на это и рассчитывали. Смена белья и полотенец. По-умолчания ничего не меняли, но, если выловить в коридоре уборщиц и у них попросить белье и полотенца, давали без проблем. В целом учитывая, что это достаточно бюджетные апартаменты, отзыв скорее положительный.

Très bien accueilli ! L’appartement était très bien, juste beaucoup de lumière quand le soleil se lève le matin avec les rideaux juste, mais très contente de notre séjour. L’emplacement de l’hotel est super proche de la proche et de la ville mais dans un endroit calme aussi. Super.

Rubbish Hotel.

We stopped in this hotel from 5th until 16th and in this 11 days we never got any clean bedding or towels.You pay 100 euros when you arrive.You have to keep your apartment clean with the mop & bucket and brush &dustpan that you get in your room and take your rubbish to the bins outside.(we didnt mind doing this)But this hotel is a joke.I would say to people looking to stay here, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. There are lots of lovely hotels in this area.

Lovely apartments

The apartments are lovely and very clean and the owner is very helpful and friendly. It’s close to the beach and supermarkets. Due to the cheap price though there was no room turndown each day which is fine however it does mean you have to buy your own toilet roll.

Booked a 4 night stay on the 4th day we were told we had to pack our belongings up as the hotel was closin so were moved to a different hotel it was a waste of a day as had to wait around a lot to find out what was happening
