The house features four spacious bedrooms, a bright open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three full bathrooms, providing a comfortable and functional environment for up to 8 guests. The living area opens onto a terrace and private garden, creating a relaxing space to enjoy the outdoors.

We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only permitted for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide documentation proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and penalties may apply.

The four bedrooms include two double rooms and two rooms with two single beds each, offering restful spaces for all guests. The living and dining area is bright and spacious, ideal for relaxing or socialising. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, allowing for convenient meal preparation. The three modern bathrooms provide towels, shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer. The terrace and garden offer a peaceful retreat to enjoy Asturias’ natural beauty.

Note:
- The built-in barbecue is not available for use
- Arrival time must be provided in advance (between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM) for key pickup
- No air conditioning

The accommodation is equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee (Dolce Gusto machine)
- Toilet paper rolls: 2 units
- Kitchen paper roll
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left in a clean condition; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€ per stay.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be charged.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the prepaid security deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always have access to the property in the event of any unforeseen issues that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodation.
