The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately when we walked into our room it hadn’t been cleaned - bed unchanged, dirty towels in the bathroom and rubbish on the desk. The staff at the front desk did their best to sort this out and someone came to clean the room, which took around 15 minutes.
For a student halls accommodation, it’s relatively well equipped and modern. However the walls are VERY thin so bring good ear plugs if you want to sleep. The beds are small (as advertised) which usually wouldn’t be too much of a problem for one night, however the mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable - it felt like it was either very cheap or very old.
This place is a good option if you want a budget friendly, basic hotel - but not if you want to get a good sleep and leave feeling rested.
