Great location to walk everywhere. Property was clean and exactly as pics looked. Had dishes/pots/pans. Starters only of paper products, and only a set of 2 towels bath and hand towels only, but had a washer/dryer so it all worked out well. We would stay here again.
L’appartamento si trova vicino alle stazioni della metro e comunque si può raggiungere il centro anche a piedi facendo una piacevole passeggiata. vicino ci sono supermarket. L’appartamento è comodo e funzionale. Consigliamo questo appartamento per il vostro soggiorno a Lisbona.

Wir waren im August für eine Woche in dieser Wohnung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Anbieter empfangen und er bot uns an, jederzeit für uns bereit zu stehen.
Das Objekt ist mit einer Klimaanlage und sehr gutem WLAN ausgestattet.
Zu Fuß benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt, zum nächsten Supermarkt 5, und zur nächsten Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten.
Alles in allem sind wir mehr als zufrieden mit der Wohnung gewesen.
Das einzige was man unserer Meinung nach nachrüsten sollte, wäre eine Duschkopfhalterung.
The area was wonderful, a short 7 minute walk to Marques de Pombal where all the tour buses leave from. There’s also a metro stop two blocks away. The unit is exactly as shown on the website and my only complaint was that the hand shower in the bathroom does not have anything to hold it in place so you have to use one hand to hold it if you want to shower. This could be easily fixed and I think guests would appreciate it. I’m glad we switched from our hotel room to this much bigger unit.
Although we were a bit nervous about check-in for our first visit to Lisbon, we had no problems. Although we were a bit early, we enjoyed a drink at the Ramen restaurant a few doors down, and were met promptly by Morad, who patiently explained all the details of entry and how to operate all the appliances.
We were very comfortable and felt very safe. There was a grocery store 1 block away and a bus stop. My only wish was that detailed instructions for the washer and cooktop had been included in the notebook of instructions in the apartment. We enjoyed our stay.
Horrible experience...frustrating and disappointing. Check in process in convenient, stressful and frustrating.
Dirty place, mopped floors 3x before it was clean. Freezer stuck because over frozen, foul smell on dishes, cups etc. Blinds broken, dysfunctional. Shower spray only couldn't wash hair.
Interior Needs refurbishing.
