I contacted them and they apologised saying it would be forwarded to the management team and cleaners. Overall ok glad we were only staying for 2 nights. ##### Rachel Stayed 2 nights in Jun 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Fiona B. 28 Aug 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy Excellent location but poorly managed property. The house is on 3 levels which proved inaccessible for some family members. Carpet on one set of stairs was loose causing our 6 year old granddaughter to slip and fall down the stairs. Previous tenants had left raw chicken in a cupboard under the stairs causing a very nasty smell which was addressed by the owner and the cleaning company once it was pointed out to them. The previous occupants' garbage was left rotting outside and had to be cleaned up by myself (at the request of management). The dishwasher was unusable due to black mould being present inside. Grease and fat was inside the cutlery drawer and had to be scrubbed clean by myself. Carpets were dirty. The outside area was lovely but the seats were broken and there was no outside dining. The property is advertised as having onsite parking but this is only between the hours of 6pm and 8am and all other times you have to use a public paying car park which is a 10 minute walk away. Some of the above resulted in us vacating the property 5 days early. ##### Fiona B.
