Needs attention
Not sure why other reviews are so highly rating. There had been a flood in the kitchen some time before, stained flooring no bread board provided so people had been using the counter as cutting board; one shower a scalding hot dribble; a 'double' bed just two singles pushed together, with hard ridge and too-soft mattresses; bedroom door would shut; shower door wouldn't shut; 'free self-parking' doesn't exist, unless you only need to park at night - there is an NCP car park about 200m away, about £10 a day; lots of nagging messages about not using a patio that we didn't have with the property(!). In favour, fairly clean, sofa-bad was comfortable; nice view of downs.

Great property, great communication. Price is slightly higher than other similar locations around East Sussex, however it’s very remote and in a beautiful part of town.
