Fabulous cottage for 2 couples staying together - upstairs consists of a great sized king room and interconnected twin room plus a day room with TV - plenty of room to relax. This was a real bonus in addition to the ensuite double, living room plus kitchen diner and family bathroom downstairs. Everywhere is very well presented and comms from the owner were really helpful. Garden very neat and tidy. Car parking space is a good size and we found the location perfect for visiting everywhere from local coastal villages, St Andrews and National Trust for Scotland properties Kellie Castle and Falkland Palace. We will be back!

We wanted to take our parents back to an area we love with fond memories and that of course was Fife. We needed a cottage big enough for four, spacious and all the essentials. Sleeping six, we found it in Kilconquhar, a short throw from Elie, Anstruther, even St Andrews and yet peaceful enough to sit on a night and read a book. Two bathrooms/toilets, a dining area more than adequate and of course a big enough kitchen to practice ones favourite pastime! What was there not to like?

Brilliant location in a quiet but friendly village, near a nature reserve and loch. Close to the coast, loved Elie, but near enough to Edinburgh for a day at the zoo, also enjoyed Botanical gardens and lunchtime special at Maisha restaurant in St Andrews.
We had an evening meal at the local inn which was quite expensive but delicious food and excellent service (birthday celebration).
Teenage boys made good use of consistent wifi connection though open snug area meant competition for those of us watching tv downstairs!
The app provided by manager Kirsten was excellent and her response to questions was quick and helpful.

We were looking for a quiet getaway and Jasmine Cottage did not disappoint, lovely and peaceful location. Very well equipped and comfortable. Kitchen facilities perfect for a short stay, plenty of crockery, glasses and utensils. Very comfortable beds and quality linen. Good number of TV's and channel choice for a pleasant evening in. Nice rear garden for sunny days. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Jasmine Cottage is perfectly formed for a close group of friends and family. Immaculately presented, the living room was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is compact but ideal for a holiday and the dining area is very useful. A lovely, practical garden was great for our canine friend. In a beautiful village within easy reach of the coast and many amenities, I would highly recommend Jasmine Cottage.

We had an excellent holiday in spite of the odd shower. Great harbours and enough places open to eat out when desired. Cottage warm and cosy and beds comfortable. A few instructions would not go amiss but we worked out how to use everything eventually. Chatted to some neighbours who were all very friendly. Lots of interesting places around and only 11 miles from St Andrew’s. All in all to be recommended.

Wow!! What a stunning cottage.
The owner has created such a peaceful and beautiful cottage situated in a lovely, quiet village.
I can’t begin to review how amazing our stay was, so much room for two families to not feel on top of one another.
The kids loved the garden and playroom, and the adults had their own space to enjoy at the same time.
The beds? ... to die for, I actually want to purchase this bed myself now!
It was so clean and tidy and they thought of every little thing you might need for your stay.
We couldn’t get over what a magical little place this was and couldn’t recommend it more!!
You will not regret this booking, and for the price! Wow, you got the best package in town!
We enjoyed every moment of our stay, THANKYOU!! ❤️

Really enjoyable break in Fife with the weather also kind to us. The cottage is lovely and even better than the pictures. Very spacious - just need to note that if there are 6 of you, the twin bedroom is attached to the upstairs double (corridor arrangement with no doors) - wasn't a problem for us. Comfortable and well equipped with a lovely garden. The joining instructions are probably the best we have ever had.

Spacious and well equipped cottage in quiet village close to the Fife coast. Beautifully presented with large garden and parking for one car. Booked at short notice but communication with Kirsten was excellent and we had a lovely stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. A real home from home.
