So that you can prepare your stay with complete peace of mind, we have gathered here the detailed description of the accommodation as well as all the useful information for your holiday. ROSE Holidays is proud to offer you this superb villa tastefully decorated, equipped with a heated swimming pool, a Nordic bath and a summer kitchen. Ideal for a family stay or with friends, it combines elegance, comfort and conviviality. Villa that can accommodate up to 8 people. Located near the Ylium shopping centre and main roads, it offers a perfect setting for peaceful holidays in Les Sables d'Olonne. Layout: Large living room with fireplace, TV and direct access to the terrace and garden. Adjacent, practical and fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, dishwasher... Night side: Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (160), wardrobe. Shared bathroom with towel dryer, hairdryer. Separate WC, large cupboard. First floor: 2 bedrooms one with a double bed (160) and chest of drawers, the other with 2 single beds (80), storage furniture and suspended play net for children. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin unit and WC, accessible from both bedrooms. Exterior: Landscaped terrace with garden furniture and adjustable awning. Nordic bath for relaxation. Heated swimming pool with sun loungers (open from May to mid-September) Summer kitchen with gas plancha and football table. Garage with washing machine and private parking under video surveillance.
