Large family and functional house, ideally located in the lively Arago neighbourhood, just a stone's throw from the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne. Perfect house for family holidays or trips with friends, able to accommodate up to 7 people. Composition of the Accommodation Large kitchen-living-lounge space open to the outdoor terrace, equipped with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV, Wifi, and dining table for 8 people. Open and equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker. Ground floor: shower room with shower, washbasin unit, towel dryer, hairdryer and WC. Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds (140), one bedroom with three single beds (90). Bathroom upstairs: bathtub, washbasin, storage unit, towel dryer, hairdryer, WC. Baby bed available. Exterior Comfort Garden and large quiet terrace, fully enclosed, with garden furniture, electric plancha, outdoor shower. Laundry room with washing machine and cleaning equipment. 4 bicycles provided. Private garage (2 spaces) public parking on the street.
