"Le Pin des Barges" confortable apartment with Ocean View
2 room apartment with sea view, in Les Sables d'Olonne, Chaume district. The shops, the center of La Chaume with its quays are 900m away, a small furnished beach is 1000m away. It is classified 3 * as furnished tourist accommodation for 3 people with the possibility of accommodating a fourth person. This pleasant accommodation is on the ground floor (overlooking the 1st floor ocean side) of a quiet residence located on the wild coast. It consists of an entrance, a sea view living room with a 140cm sofa bed, a kitchen area, a sea view bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with WC.
A fan is provided.
The kitchen area is fitted out and equipped: dishwasher, 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, multifunction microwave (MW, grill, ventilated heat), kettle, electric coffee maker, Nespresso machine, mixer-plunger-beater-rapeur, grill- bread, steamer ... A small animal is allowed on demand. Dogs from categories 1 and 2 are forbidden.
The reception of the tenants is ensured by the owners.
The rental of bed linen, towels and kitchen can be offered and beds can be made on arrival on request (supplements depending on number of people) Maintenance products and consumables (sugar, oil, paper towels, coffee filter ...) are included in the rental. Water and WiFi charges are included. Electricity is extra. The meter reading is done at the entrance and exit of the tenants. Consumption is paid at the exit.

This is a comfortable small apartment. It is very well equipped and clean. Our host, Nicolas, was helpful and friendly. We stayed less time than we had planned as the area was too quiet for us, but it is a popular resort. Recommended if you like a peaceful place to stay. Parking is not available in the car park that you overlook but it was not a problem on the street. Bedding and towels extra.
The apartment was super clean and everything you could possibly need as a traveler. Great personal touches like home made jams on the table. Great view of Bicay Bay.
Well equipped little apartment with every thing you need. The landlord welcomed us with homemade jam and offered us a little fleur de sel jar when we left. Nice touch!
Accueil très chaleureux et disponibilité de Nicolas. Nous avons eu la surprise de recevoir du jus de pomme et de la confiture à notre arrivée et un petit pot de gros sel des salines des Sables. Tout est bien pensé pour un séjour agréable

Wr only had a two night stay and wish we booked more. The apartment was so comfortable and perfect for a short stay. We lived listening to the ocean waves outside our windows. Nicolas was so kind and helpful!

Très agréable appartement avec une magnifique vue sur l’océan. Appartement très bien agencé, d’une extrême propreté avec tout le confort nécessaire et très bien équipé. Une literie haut de gamme qui permet un sommeil réparateur. L’environnement est calme.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Ils ont su nous aiguiller pour la découverte de la ville et nous donner de bonnes adresses pour se restaurer. La confiture,la brioche maison et le persil étaient des petites attentions qui montrent que nous étions les bienvenus. Encore merci. Nous avons passé avec notre fille et notre petite chatte un super séjour qui nous a permis de nous détendre.
J’ai été très bien accueilli par Nathalie et Nicolas avec plein de conseils sur la vie locale. L’appartement est très bien aménagé et équipé, très propre, très calme. Dans le quartier typique de La Chaume, près de la Côte sauvage et ses magnifiques paysages. Nicolas m’a prêté son vélo pour la durée du séjour. La vue sur l’ocean est très appréciable et le son des vagues aussi.
