So that you can prepare your stay with complete peace of mind, we have gathered here the detailed description of the accommodation as well as all the useful information for your holiday. ROSE Holidays offers this renovated and beautifully decorated two-storey house, located in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne, just a few metres from the pedestrian streets and the main beach. House that can accommodate up to 4 people, fully equipped for a comfortable stay with family or friends. Composition of the accommodation: Entrance leading to a friendly living room with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining area with high table and chairs to share your meals. Adjacent fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, dishwasher... Independent WC on the ground floor. Night side (upstairs): Bedroom 1: double bed (140), wardrobe and adjoining bathroom (shower cabin, vanity unit with storage, towel dryer). Bedroom 2: double bed (140), bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Additional bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hairdryer and vanity unit. The oak parquet floor brings a warm touch to this night area. Exterior: Quiet rear terrace, fully enclosed, with garden furniture, parasol and electric plancha ideal for summer evenings. Garage with washing machine and cleaning equipment (accommodates a vehicle less than 4.50 m). Paid parking on the street.
