To help you prepare for your stay with complete peace of mind, we have gathered here the detailed description of the accommodation as well as all the useful information for your holiday. Welcome to this lovely 115 square metre house, offered by ROSE Vacances, a comfortable and bright accommodation located in Les Sables-d'Olonne, Hameau des Pins district, close to the beach and local shops at Les Présidents. With its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi connection, television, large dining table, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and many other amenities. On the night side, you will find a ground floor bedroom and three bedrooms upstairs, they are all equipped with comfortable beds and wardrobes, two of them have an adjoining bathroom. You will also have a baby bed if needed. The house has a lovely little garden sheltered from view and sunny with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for moments of relaxation with family or friends. The house has a private parking space in front of the house and a space in the outdoor parking lot of the residential area, you can also enjoy common facilities such as the outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). An electric vehicle charging station is available (15 euros charged per charging). Accommodation classified as 4 stars since May 2025!
