ROSE Holidays offers you this very beautiful renovated apartment, located on the 1st floor of a townhouse in the Arago district, a sought-after and lively area of Les Sables d'Olonne. Capacity: up to 6 people. The accommodation includes: Large, bright living-dining room with TV, Wifi, small balconies, table and chairs Equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed with storage Bedroom 2: double bed with storage Bedroom 3: two single beds Bathroom with large shower and sink on furniture Separate toilet Ideal Location: 2 mins from Arago market 4 mins walk from the main beach, bars and restaurants 8 mins walk from the city centre and SNCF train station Street parking (paid according to zones). Practical Information Accommodation Hours Arrival: from 4 PM (not before) Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after) Late Arrivals A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge.
