Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation includes : \- A 15 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area \- Kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) \- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190) \- Bathroom with shower \- A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, iron. Outside: \- A 12 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the fine weather Communal areas : \- A shared swimming pool (unheated), open from 1 May to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change by the residence). The flat is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private, numbered outdoor parking space.
