Located on the first floor of the upscale residence "L'Escale Port," it benefits from a pleasant setting with a private swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th and secure parking (gated community with electric gate). Completely renovated and air-conditioned, this bright studio offers all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay: 8 m² terrace with garden furniture and awning, offering an unobstructed view of the harbor.
