J'ai demandé la possibilité d'un éventuel remboursement mais le refus a été catégorique (ce que je peux comprendre) Nous annonçons donc que nous maintenons la location et que nous viendrons vendredi ou samedi et là, la responsable d'agence nous annonce que ce n'est pas possible car elle a reloger des personnes dans l'appartement !!! Je demande donc le remboursement, elle me propose de rembourser 3 jours, que j'arrive lundi au lieu de vendredi et que je pourrais rester 4 jours de plus ce que j'ai refusé car je ne voulais pas arriver plus tard et repartir plus tôt. Depuis, elle ne m'a toujours rien remboursé et "m'accuse" d'avoir annulé alors que j'ai juste demandé la possibilité d'un remboursement. Je pense être totalement dans mes droits de demander un remboursement pour les 12 jours (nous ne reclamons rien pour la nuit passée par ma fille et même la matinée où ils ont attendu en vain la personne pour le nettoyage)dont on n'a pu profiter alors que dautres personnes étaient dans le logement que nous avions payé. Nous attendons encore une semaine et puis nous devrons porter plainte pour récupérer notre argent... Nous avons gardé l'ensemble des échanges de mails . ##### Alain D.
