The apartment with polished timber floors throughout, offers spacious open plan dining, living, a study nook (should you need to catch up on some work from home) and fully equipped kitchen, which all open on to an outdoor deck area. Two spacious bedrooms offering queen size beds. The blue-stone wall in the bathroom is quite spectacular and marries perfectly with the minimalist design. There's a full laundry with washing machine & dryer. A great comfortable base while you work away from home. Or an ideal spot to base yourself, as you explore Launceston and Northern Tasmania. Launceston CBD is an easy 10 minute walk away, passing through the picturesque City Park. Utas Stadium and Boags Brewery are almost on your doorstep. The private deck provides a great space to catch some fresh air and sunshine. Available for short or long term stays. N.B.; There is off-street for one car, behind the apartment. The driveway to get behind the apartment, is very steep & best suited to large SUV type of vehicles to use the driveway. Medium/smaller cars won't be able to access the parking.
