Come and relax in our fresh, clean, newly built one bedroom, one bath guesthouse. You will have this entire guest house to yourself.

We are only 15 minutes away from the famous strip

TESLA MODEL Y Rental available upon request. (Free Charging) Please message the host for more info.

FREE Parking. Free High Speed Internet, Kitchenette, Washer/Dryer in Unit. Are available during your stay at Young Ville.

The guesthouse is on the first floor. It shares a wall to the main house. However, it is completely private. It has a private gate and private entrance, living room, dining area and Kitchenette (NO Stove). Enjoy your own private bathroom and shower. Washer and Dryer are provided for your convenience. Clean & Spacious bedroom.

Keyless entrance. Access code will be provided by the host prior to your arrival.

Parking available on the driveway also plenty of free parking on the street.

Upon arrival, treat yourself to complimentary snacks, water, coffee & tea.

Best Vrbo experience ever!

Lawrence is an amazing host, super easy to communicate to and easy to talk to. The place is absolutely stunning, looks just like the picture and even better! Super clean and even provided toothbrush, shaver, etc. Best stay I ever had, highly recommend!
