Interaction with Guests:  
  
The check-in and check-out are similar to a hotel, but this is a privately owned condo, and all services will be taken care of through the host. The front desk is available 24/7 for emergencies only. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

Comfortable and very clean. Huge bathroom. Comfy bed. Had basic kitchen stuff. Easy access to MGM pools and lazy river. You can bring inner tubes and fill them for 10 or buy new at MGM. Great view of the Sphere. Easy walk to restaurants at PH, Cosmo, etc. Valet was lovely. Just bring cash for tips!

#### Best non-casino lodging a few blocks off-strip

We had a wedding to attend and don’t enjoy staying in casino hotels - loud guests, cigarette smoke, etc. We have stayed at The Signature before and found this unit via VRBO. It is exactly as advertised and was perfect for our needs.

#### Great Property on the strip.

This is an excellent property. Its location is very good and staying in the Signature Towers gives you the benefit of being on the strip while at the same time being quiet and comfortable. The bedroom window and the balcony have a direct view of the new sphere. This alone makes the property a great choice. In addition, the property manager is very attentive and responds quickly to all communications. I would highly recommend this property.
