Innsjekk er kl 14.00 uansett om rommet er klart eller ikke. Ble tatt i mot av en sur lite imøtekommende dame. Kjøkken var særdeles lite godt utstyrt, lite glass, kopper , ikke tørkehåndkle, uskarpe kniver etc Med tre på rommet endte jeg på sovesofa, kanskje den verste ever, underlaget, ( kan ikke kalle det en madrass var ujevn og hente, måtte kjøpe en flyte madrass for å kunne ligge passe bra. I valûtes stedet fordi hotel.COM både viser bilde og averterer med spa og trimrom- dettehar ikke vært i funksjon de siste 3 årene. Dette er å lure kunden. Omgivelsene er bra, kort vei til Fig tree bay. Neste gang finner jeg noe annet….

Medelmåttigt hotell till lågt pris

Hotell var medelmåttigt, finns behov av renovering och uppdatering av rum och utrustning. Vi hade flera problem med våra rum under vistelsen. Servicen var långsam från personalen och känns som de inte riktigt vill hjälpa till. Man måste lämna deposition för allt, exempelvis om man vill ha en till nyckel. Poolen var bra, men obekväma solstolar. Sängar på rummet var väldigt hårda. Enda positiva var att priset var relativt lågt. Ligger ca 15 min promenad från centrum.

Området omkring poolen var beskidt. Der var en ligegyldig fremtoning i receptionen. Forstår ikke det er et spa og wellness hotel. Indretningen var noget forskellig og tilfældig. Fx havde vi er meget lille og lavt bord på altanen man ikke kunne spise ved i modsætning til andre. Men vi havde en dejlig ferie. Dejligt område.

Feels like home.

The apartments were really spacious and there was enough room for everyone. The apartments were also in a quite quiet area, so it gave extra points for relaxation. It’s a great way how to spend more time on your own or with your family in a lovely area and feel like at home, while Protaras main area is just a 10min walk away. Lovely, spacious, descent price for it’s value :)

Location excellent. Staff lovely and very helpfull, room was clean views amazing. Fig bay Tree only 10 minutes walk otherwise swimming areas opposite hotel. Excellent bus service to explore.

Nice little apartment.

Lovely hotel/apartment. Had everything in there you would need for long or short stay. The apartment wasn’t the cleanest as there was hairs etc on floor but it was fine for our short stay. Had a lovely pool and cafe aswell as a spa.

The apartment is comfortable and clean. There is everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. Only when the refrigerator is running makes a loud sound, which creates discomfort at night.

No wifi!!! No WIFI!! Couldn't use the closet because it had a potent damp smell, the fridge door was filthy and some of the kitchen utensils had rust. Shame because the flat looks fairly new and in a good location. Just very bad housekeeping with no maintenance!

Il s'agit en fait d'un appartement en location dans un hôtel. Donc pas de ménage (il faut le faire soi même ) ni renouvellement des draps et des serviettes de toilette et du papier toilette (il faut l'acheter ) pendant une semaine. La piscine est très agréable et propre. Il y a un billard . Il y a même un tennis gratuit avec prêt gratuit de matériel. Mais nous n'en avons pas profité car il faisait trop chaud pour jouer au tennis. Nous avions une belle vue sur la piscine et la mer. Il manquait des stores et volets aux fenêtres pour pouvoir dormir un peu le matin sans être réveillé par la lumière du jour et pour profiter du balcon sans cuire au soleil. La climatisation marche très bien dans l'appartement mais il n'y a pas de climatisation à la reception de l'hôtel . L'appartement est bien équipé mais le disjoncteur saute quand on met des appareils électriques en marche. Grille pain HS. Fuite d'eau pendant le séjour mais intervention rapide du plombier en téléphonant au gérant de l'appartement. La situation de l hôtel est proche du centre ville mais pas complètement au coeur du centre animé (restos et pubs, magasins. ..) car il fallait marcher tout de même environ 30 minutes. Situé près de la mer et de petites plages tres agréables. Baignades très bien.

The location of this property is excellent. You can walk to the nearest busy beach or walk to more quieter spots. The pool area is nice and the view from the pool beautiful. I appreciated every day cleaning. The property lacks some character. Every floor has an ideal space next to the elevator for a small sitting room. It is currently empty. The building is in real need for some pictures on the walls of each floor as well. The apartment we rented was suitable for four persons but did not have enough kitchenware. They need to have an appropriate number (in this case at least four) flat plates, four bowls, etc. and of the same design. It is really necessary to have a grater in the apartment. What really turned me off were the chipped plates and cups that need to be thrown out immediately. It was a terrible welcome to walk in the room to see cups on the dining table with envelopes of nescafe and sugar in them. This is so outdated and i had to wash the cups right after.

Second time here, place is in need of a load of TLC, not cleaned properly , public areas poor. Kitchen lacked enough plates x side plates , no micro wave jug , just the bare minimum really. Our had had smokers in it before us x it took a while to get rid of the smell , even on the bed clothes !!! Lovely position x only a short walk into the resort . Pool area toilets not cleaned in the three days we were there x no toilet paper in the gents for three days . Needs a good kick up the backside.

Everything was perfect. Very clean great rooms with balconies. Beds were made the next day. There was water in the fridge. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Put the booster on for hot water in the showers.
