Lots of stairs inside & to lake. I needed to stay all day Sunday & that was frustrating as Vrbo & property both kept telling me the other party had to change it. Wasted time via phone, chat, etc. Only for the Vrbo agent to finally connect us via phone AFTER I told him we had already communicated via chat. Then he hung up on the call & the property mgr still didn't know how to help me. I ended up paying 200 for another night I didn't use. ##### Alindave 2.
