This beautifully decorated, fully equipped, family-friendly home is centrally located at just 7 minutes to the London Bridge (Lake Havasu, restaurants, bars, boat launch), 5 minutes to Old Town (restaurants, bars, shopping) and 3 minutes from Smith’s grocery store. Our family made great use of the backyard. The rinse off shower outside was a nice touch .Swing set was a hit for the little people. The house is very well equipped and clean. The RO does need to be serviced or replaced so bring your own drinking water.
