We would recommend eating at Port 104 and Kelly’s steakhouse. Loved the 3 season porch on the back of the house. The kitchen could have been stocked better. There were no Kleenex in the house and we had to buy toilet paper when we were there. The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work, but the freezer was stalked with 40lbs of ice. We really appreciated that. Beds were super comfortable. The back yard was adorable. We enjoyed seeing wildlife out there. Bunnies - Ducks - and lot’s of birds. We loved having a sitting area in the back yard as well. Super clean home - we would 100% stay here again. Host was very responsive also. We had an amazing stay at Joe’s place and are so grateful for his hospitality! The home is right across the road from beautiful Lake Pepin and has recently been remodeled. Joe has thought of everything to make you feel right at home! He was super easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Check-in was simple as he just left the back door unlocked after cleaning staff left. While we didn’t need anything, Joe does live nearby and checked in to make sure we were all settled in! We loved cooking meals together in the gorgeous kitchen and found everything we needed to do so. A grocery store is conveniently located within a one block walk. All beds were very comfortable and the whole place was very clean. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone in Lake City! ##### Kristin C.
