Main Floor Features Step into a spacious, open floor plan with soaring cathedral ceilings that create an airy, welcoming atmosphere. The large dining area flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which boasts updated appliances and an eat-at peninsula—ideal for casual meals or morning coffee. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. The biggest selling point for me was the hot tub, we couldn’t wait to use it! However, when we got there the hot tub did not work at all. We contacted the property manager, they said they were coming the next morning between 9-10 am. We waited around all morning no one showed up so we got started with our day and left. We got back to the house around 1130ish and someone was there to look at it. After some attempts at messing with the breaker they decided they needed an electrician to come out, he did come out very quickly however it was determined that the hot tub was not able to be used. I understand it was a minor inconvenience but there were many other houses we could’ve stayed at for a lot cheaper without a hot tub. We also discovered a large spiders nest of one of the couches along with dead spiders on the floor next to it. They offered to give me a discount, however I have not received any type of refund, nor have I been able to get in touch with the property manager.
