On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, accompanied by a bathroom with a bathtub, offering comfort and practicality on this level. On the first floor there is a double bedroom en suite with a bathroom with bathtub, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, ensuring privacy and a well balanced layout. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing a functional space for preparing meals comfortably during your stay. Outside, the fully enclosed property offers good privacy, featuring a spacious garden, a private swimming pool, and a pleasant outdoor dining area next to the BBQ, perfect for enjoying sunny days. Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is close to the center of Carvoeiro, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and Carvoeiro Beach. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The house is very comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a family holiday. The outdoor area was definitely our favourite, the pool, the garden, and the barbecue made it easy to spend full days outside. It’s located in a quiet area but still very close to the beach and restaurants in Carvoeiro. Walking distance (15 / 20 minutes) to the Square and a further 10 to town. Uber is cheap (under €5 each way) and readily available if you don’t want to walk. Negative points: The mattress in the Master bedroom could do with replacing as could the outside tables as they weren’t really fit for purpose Building work is also going on (Monday to Fridays) and villas are being built overlooking the pool area which isn’t evident from the photos All said though I would recommend this villa ##### jane m.
