Enjoy all The Villages has to offer on your stay at the friendliest town in Florida. The Villages has so many attractions: Golfing, Pickleball, Restaurants, Shops, and to top it all off...Nightly live music in all three town squares! Our goal is to provide you with all of the information you'll need during your stay at this wonderful home in The Villages. If you need any further assistance, we are available 24/7 by phone, email or text if you need anything or have any questions during your stay. We are a local management company and have local vendors to handle any issues that may arise. So, please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance. The Villages is a 55+ community and therefore has age restrictions for long term guests. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen (19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Additionally, neighbors are friends here and pay attention to each other's homes. Therefore, please do not be excessively loud past 9pm. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. There was ample space,and plenty of kitchen items. Sheets and towels were very nice. Unfortunately, there were a few maintenance issues including the front screen door closure bracket which had a poor attempt at repair with inappropriate materials.
