Rental amounts are based on a 4 person occupancy, additional fee 10% per person for over 4 persons added to rent.
Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Pet deposit of $250 per pet, refundable if no evidence of damage.
Monthly rates and daily rates available as follows:
5/1/26 through 5/31/26- $2775 per month (minimum 1 month rental)
6/1/26 through 9/30/26 $2450 per month (minimum 1 month rental)
10/1/26 through 12/31/26 - $3450 per month (minimum 1 month rental)
1/1/27through 1/31/27 $4950 per month
2/1/27 through 4/30/27 (sorry, already booked)
5/1/2027 through 5/31/2027 $2775 per month (minimum 1 month rental)
6/1/27through 9/30/27 $2450 per month (minimum 1 month rental)

Daily rates based on minimum 3 night stay:
10/1/26 through 12/31/26 $225 per nite
1/1/27 through 1/31/27 $250 per nite
2/1/27 through 4/30/27 (sorry, already BOOKED) $200 per nite
6/1/27 through 9/30/27 $175 per nite

Freshly painted and very clean LaCosta Designer model home 5 minutes to Spanish Springs Square, 7-8 minutes to Lake Sumter Square, just around the corner, within walking distance to Tierra del Sol Country Club, swimming pool and restaurant known as the best country club restaurant in all The Villages. Spacious larger rooms with an open plan living dining area, all laminate floors or tile, no carpet, 3 solar tubes for extra light in the home. Square footage 1723 does not include lanai or bird cage. Fully furnished, leather living room sofa and ottomans, 65" tv, master bedroom features new queen size bed with electrical multi positional adjustments and massage feature, 50" tv, 2 walk in closets. Master bath features luxury large back lit mirrors, walk in shower with seat, cabinets for storage as well as custom glass shelving. New queen size luxurious bed in guest room also. Guest bath features tub/shower.
Rental includes all household necessities, bed, kitchen and bath linens, dishes, glassware, silver ware, full set of stainless cookware, coffee maker, also accommodates kcups, coffee bean grinder, air fryer, toaster, can opener, ceiling fans. Washer/dryer closet inside. 2 car garage features regular garage door, screened garage door also, full wall of floor to ceiling custom cabinets and large additional fridge. Vacuum cleaner, dust buster, brooms, etc., provided.
2 small/medium size cats/dogs will be considered on individual basis for additional pet deposit of $250 each, due with first month rent. Exterior areas include a glassed/screened in Florida room and a large screened and roof covered birdcage with a bar and barbecue grill. Smoking allowed on front porch, Florida room and birdcage only. Guest passes for Recreation Centers applied for your stay..
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
Golf carts are available at Villages Golf Carts approx $10 per day.
