Just 100 metres from the beach and about 200 metres from the Pierre Ortal walkways, accessible via a pedestrian esplanade overlooking the sea, everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Private parking is located at the back of the residence. Access to the apartments is via large staircases. The apartment consists of a pleasant and bright living room equipped with a table and chairs, a sofa bed for two people, a lounge area and a television. The open-plan kitchenette, which opens onto the living room, is functional and includes a sink, electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and storage cupboards with crockery and kitchen utensils. The room has two single beds of 90 cm, ideal for children or friends. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a washing machine. The toilet is independent for more comfort. The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers a beautiful view of the ocean and is fitted with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the sea air and outdoor meals. A private parking space is included. This apartment is perfectly suited for a seaside holiday, with the beach and the centre of Lacanau Océan just a few steps away. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. Das Appartment hat französischen Standard. Leider mußte ich beim WC die Tür auflassen, so klein ist das. Das Bad ist schlecht beleuchtet, die Treppen sehr gewöhnungsbedürtig. Das Appartment ist auf 2 Ebenen und nicht geeignet für Menschen mit Behinderung oder mit kleinen Kindern. Vom Balkon hat man Meerblick, leider konnten wir den nicht ungestört nutzen.
