The residence offers a calm environment, with parking located at the rear of the buildings. The Ocean beach is accessible about 100 metres away, shops are 400 metres away and Lacanau lake is 5 km away. The accommodation consists of a pleasant living room with a table and chairs, a sofa bed for two people, a storage unit and a television. The integrated kitchenette area is equipped with a sink, electric hotplates, a refrigerator, a microwave, storage spaces, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils.
