The dwelling is composed as follows: First floor \- 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area \- An open, fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) \- Shower room \- Separate WC First floor \- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
