The Space:

A bright second-floor condo with a comfortable layout for couples or a small group. The living room has comfortable seating, a TV, a dining area and a queen pullout sofa for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes and essential appliances, and there's a dedicated workspace for remote-work days.



Bedroom: King bed.

Living room: Queen pullout sofa, TV, dining area and workspace.

Bathroom: Shower-tub combo, with fresh towels.

Laundry: washer and dryer in the condo.



Step out to the private patio for morning coffee. Four shared pools and hot tubs, heated year-round, overlook the community gardens.



During festival season, the Embassy Suites nearby is an official Coachella and Stagecoach shuttle stop.



Guest Access:

The whole condo is yours: the bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom, living room, workspace and laundry. You also share access to the community pools and hot tubs.



The Neighborhood:

Casitas Las Rosas is a 5-minute walk from Old Town La Quinta, with restaurants, wine bars, boutique shops and nearby cafes for your morning coffee. Don't miss the weekly markets.



There's a pet area close by, and golf courses, hiking trails and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden are easy to reach. Beyond Coachella, the area hosts big events all year, including the BNP Paribas Open, local art festivals and seasonal markets, all a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Old Town is within walking distance, but a car is handy for exploring the wider Coachella Valley. Free parking is on site, and the freeway is close, so Joshua Tree National Park is just 45 minutes away for a day trip or sunset hike. In festival season, the Embassy Suites nearby is an official Coachella and Stagecoach shuttle stop.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

There is no private pool at the condo, but guests have free access to four shared swimming pools and hot tubs set among the community gardens. They are heated year-round and open daily from 7:00am to 10:00pm. Pool towels are provided.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pets are $150. Access to the four community pools and hot tubs is included at no extra charge.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

Free parking is available on site.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 10am. We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned keys/fobs are subject to a $250-$300 replacement fee.



Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condo.



Please note that the in-unit safe is not operational.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
