The house can be rented as a whole or separately, as it is normally divided into 2 separate houses (Villa Era 1 and Villa Era 2) which can be combined by just opening a door. In total, Villa Era consists of 2 living rooms (with one sofa bed each), two fully-equipped kitchens with dishwashers, 5 bedrooms (3 with a queensize bed, 2 with 2 single beds each), as well as 4 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 14 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, televisions, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. One of the highlights of the property is its charming outdoor area, where you will find 2 generous pools (one is heated) surrounded by sun loungers, 2 barbecues (one for each house) and a covered terrace with a dining area and a lounge area where you can relax with a glass of wine in the evening. You will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as the closest beach, Playa de los Lagos, in the village El Cotillo, which is just a 5-minute drive away (2km). The airport of the island can be reached after 41 minutes driving (43.7km). Parking spaces are available on the property.
