The house can be rented as a whole or separately, as it is usually divided into 2 independent homes (Villa Era 1 and Villa Era 2) that can be combined by simply opening a connecting door. In total, Villa Era offers 2 living rooms (each with a sofa bed), two fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 2 with 2 single beds each), and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests.
