It is located 800m from the small beach, 800m from the nearest shops and 1km500 from the sailing club.  
  
It has an open veranda facing west, facing the forest, which serves as an extra room for your meals and leisure activities.  
Its small enclosed garden has a shaded terrace for relaxing and a sunny one for sunbathing.  
All the ingredients for a great time.  
  
The holiday rental comprises :   
\- A living room with a well-equipped kitchenette: fridge-freezer, hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, table, 4 chairs, sofa (sleeps 2) and television.

Maison avec photos trompe l'œil. Véranda inutilisable en été car il y fait plus de 50 degrés. De ce fait, il est très difficile de ventiler la maison qui a une isolation de toiture inexistante, pas de volets aux fenêtres exposées au soleil non plus à l'exception de la chambre. Côté vaisselle, le strict minimum est présent avec des manques évidents. Le seul point positif est le calme. Il serait souhaitable que les propriétaires y effectuent un séjour de plusieurs jours en plein été pour prendre connaissance des améliorations à apporter pour le confort minimum des vacanciers.
