Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Owner of the property did not realize that he posted the listing on Expedia as well as other sites. Property was double booked so we did not stay at the property we booked and paid for. Owner did set us up in a different property, but it was not what we booked. I will be filing a direct complaint with Expedia. I hope to inform others so that they may not endure a similar or worse fate.
