Saona Villas offers you this delightful Villa built on one level benefiting from a pleasant covered terrace opening directly onto its private swimming pool and its beautiful Mediterranean garden. This villa is set in a beautiful wooded garden with its private swimming pool in a central position. It is a well-maintained rental that has a spacious interior with 3 bedrooms. The villa is for a maximum of 6 adults + 2 children (maximum 14 years old during the stay) - no overcrowding possible. Outside you will also have a solarium with sea views. It is located in the Las Tres Calas urbanization.

Approximate distances: Urbanization Las tres Calas. Ametlla de Mar town center 3.5 km. Sea 3 km. Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.

Inside: Large shared living/dining room with satellite TV + CD player + DVD + fireplace. Equipped American kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker). 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each (sets). 1 Double bedroom (with 1 double bed + an en-suite shower room). 1 shower room. 2 additional beds (folding for children) for the 7th and 8th beds.

Equipment: Washing machine. Iron.

Outside: Large flower garden of 900 m² with trees, rustic stones + stone barbecue. Large private swimming pool (approximately 36 m²) + outdoor shower + sun loungers (4). Covered terraces downstairs and uncovered upstairs with solarium and sea view + garden furniture (1 table + 8 chairs). Parking for 1 to 2 cars.

Important / to be paid on site: Mandatory flat rate rental charges: €120 / stay. Animal on request: €50 / week. Towels: €5/person. Obligatory tourist taxes: €7 / person / stay. Possibility of reserving an Internet connection: €15/stay.
