Comfortable villa located on a large plot of over 2000 m² with its private pool. The quiet location of this villa provides a pleasant tranquility for your holidays. You will discover a comfortable villa with 3 bedrooms and a pleasant layout. You can easily park your vehicles on the property.  
Location and distances: Urbanization Sant Jordi. Sea 3.5 km, beach 4 km. Shops 2 km. City center 6 km. Salou and Cambrils about 30 minutes drive. Park atrraction "Port Aventura" 40 km.

#### Urlaub mit Hunden

Sehr sauberes Haus mit genügend Platz auch für 6 Personen geeignet. Wir waren nur zu zweit mit unseren Hunden dort. Das grosse Grundstück ist ausbruchsicher umzäunt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit 3 Doppelschlafzimmern und zwei sehr schönen Bädern. Grosse, gut ausgestattete Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank+Gefrierschrank. Terrasse,Pool,Garten mit Schatten spendenden Bäumen,Autoabstellplätze. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, wir waren 2 Wochen (Mai/Juni) dort. Mit dem Auto in 8 Min. am Meer. Einzig die Poolliegen sind nicht so bequem, da durchgelegen. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!
