Fabulous Villa in El Albir to enjoy dream holidays! This Villa has 3 bedrooms with spacious double beds and 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, walk-in wardrobes in the bedrooms and 2 magnificent terraces, one of them equipped with a lounge area from which you can see the sea or sunbathe while relaxing; all distributed over 2 floors.
Fully equipped kitchen with an American granite bar, 4K televisions with Wi-Fi and wireless internet connection throughout the property.
In the exterior of the house, there is the swimming pool, the patio and a parking area for 2 vehicles. Large swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, ideal for relaxing with the whole family.
Spacious patio with a large solid wood table, American bar, hanging hammock and everything necessary to prepare a great barbecue with your loved ones.
The property is located just 400 metres from El Albir beach and is situated in a quiet residential area, with sea views and a short distance from the mountain, where you can visit the El Albir lighthouse and do several hiking routes. A short distance away you will find numerous shops and restaurants, as well as leisure areas for all ages.
Villa with an exquisite architectural design and decorated with the best qualities in all its aspects, from leather sofas to granite bathrooms, each detail has been thought out to enjoy the best possible holidays and equipped with everything necessary to make your stay unforgettable.
Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45\. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.
