He graciously provided us information via translator and provided City information. The whole purpose of this trip was s a highschool graduation celebration of my oldest daughter and she left a plushie on the bed. Our host contacted us immediately to provide information about our left item. I would recommend this guest house to anyone staying in Kyoto.
