This hotel caters for business people, got persuaded to upgrade, but my room was no bigger or better than the other rooms that the group of people who we stayed with had. The quality of the breakfast wasn't that good for the price, the staff were very polite, but if I had an issue they really didn't want to listen to what I was saying

We stayed in a excutive room which was worth paying the extra money .all day snacks drinks coffee tea soft drinks beer.at 6pm to 10 pm wine sprites.room clean luxary bedding and large bed .staff very helpful even when i had a cold they looked after me giving hot lemon honey ginger drinks.maybe our stay of 10 nights in durban was too long especially when it rained most of the time

Hotel standard has dropped. Staff attitude at reception bad(Mbuso). Was distracted, on the fone discussing personal stuff while attending to me. Not courteous. Did not bother to orientate me as a customer about the hotel. Was only bothered about payment. Rooms smelled cigarette. Carpets dirty including lace curtain. Towels not changed. Waited for 50 min to get a seat for breakfast. Reception area looked beautiful by some staff members less courteous. Big Up for Sybil at restaurant for breakfast who was very caring and willing to calm us down when we were irritable.

It was a great service overall the only challenge is after they clean they took towels and leave only two and we four it was us and kids so we were forced to share towels during bath
