Comfy Clean Quiet ❤️❤️❤️

The staff was very courteous and helpful...our room was kept immaculately and they never annoyed us but were always available to assist us. It was our ideal stay away from home and would not hesitate to make a repeat stay.

Mehrfach in Kuala Lumpur gewesen und immer wieder gerne dort im Swiss Inn. Gute Lage in Chinatown, gutes und sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service.

Pleasant hotel room. Comfortable for 2 paxs.

Posted 10-Dec-2016
Pros: Staff are casual and friendly. A no-fuss hotel. Many cheap eats and food joints outside this hotel. Can easily buy coach tickets opposite the hotel.
Cons: Give different choices for buffet breakfast. Everyday is the same offerings with eggs, bread, nasi lemak, fried mee.
Location: Good location. Easy walking distance to nearby Pasar Seni station. But the street stalls outside the hotel is disappointing. Poor quality fake product
Nice hotel room with LCD screen TV (although the TV programmes could be better. The reception for some channels are bad). The hotel supplies 2 bottles of complimentary mineral water every day. Room is tidy with clean sheets. The toilet however is very small with only standing shower. Big guys will have problem showering in it. The hotel can do better with better buffet breakfast. The spread is the same everyday. Lacks creativity and very limited. Only eggs, bread, croissants, fried mee, Nasi Lemak, chicken sausage, cereals, fruit, salad, coffee/tea. Need to change to another lift on 2nd floor as the same lift does not bring guests to upper floors. Can be rather troublesome for guests with big luggage. Wi-fi signals always get log out or disconnected. Very weak and inconsistent.

Reasonable & Convenient hotel at Chinatown in KUL

Posted 30-Nov-2016
Pros: Good location for sightseeing spots and easy access to the nearest station
Cons: Some facilities are old such as air-conditioning machine.
Location: Close to some famous scenic sites such as China town, Sentral market, Merdeka square, Masjid Negara, Islamic Art Museum etc
It is not luxurious but economical and very convenient hotel. Located in center of the China town. Very good access to famous sightseeing spots like Sentral Market, Merdeka square, or even to Masjid Negara and Islamic Art Museum. 7 minutes walk to Pasar Suni station of LRT. Another exit of the hotel is directly connected to Petaling street where many shops and restaurants are available. Facilities are old but well maintained. No bus tab with enough hot shower. Provided 2 bottles of free mineral water and electrical pot and safety box. Free WiFi connected smoothly in the room. Buffet breakfast is available at hotel's restaurant facing the Petaling street served with Chinese, Western, Malaysian foods .Especially croissant is nice.

Pros: The friendly service
Cons: Buffet Breakfast was a minimal choice

A clean and friendly hotel with good service. I was particularly pleased with the level of room maintenance. Needed a power outlet changed and it was attended to immediately.

Very poor service and staff quite rude

Posted 03-Nov-2016
Location: Great location shame about the hotel and staff
We have stayed at. This hotel since 2000, However this time our stay was totally ruined, the rooms smelt very bad of smoke even thought is was a none smoking room, my Grandaughters room was the same. When we reported this they sent a lady to the room with some air freshener and as we all know this last only a few. Minutes ...The taps was broken in my granddaughters room and we reported this...it took all day to repair then when we tried it we were told it was turned of because the sink is blocked? So again they sent someone to repair the sink. The towels were dirty and what should have been white were gray..... breakfast was very poor.... and we ordered a taxi to take us to the airport.... to be told they forgot to order it.....we will never stay here again think it has changed hands ....so if you want a hotel that is grubby with rude staff the stay here we won't .

Had a comfortable stay. Staff were accompanying when I switched rooms (booked an additional night). An average but good experience and a great price. Great value.

Comfort, Clean, Affordable, only No Parking Space

Posted 26-Oct-2016
Pros: The room was nice even though it doesnt have window. the breakfast is above expectation, however, it is the same menu everyday. good for 2 night stay (with 2 breakfast) if you stay for business (whole week) thats the kind of food you'll be getting. it is above Petaling Street and morning Pasar Karat, walking distance to Pasar Seni, LRT and Kota Raya. food was easy to get
Cons: Only problem is if you're driving. No parking spaces available, but they have affiliated parking space in front hotel for RM 20 per entry for max 24 hour. which is the cheapest in the area (luckily). but if you came using express bus, it is very near with Pudu Central
Location: developed for attraction area, pretty easy to go anywhere
