This old farmhouse features maritime decor with the vacation rental in the front section, separated by a door from the private area. You will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across two floors. The ground floor includes a kitchen with electric appliances, an open living and dining area with garden views, the main bedroom with a dresser that can be converted into a changing table, and a bathroom with shower, deep bathtub, and toilet. The washing machine is located in a separate room. Upstairs, you will discover another bedroom with garden views, a children's room with 2 single beds, and a toilet. Amenities include private WiFi, TV, grill, and washer. Step outside to your completely fenced private garden in a south-facing position, perfect for relaxation or play. Summer amenities include garden furniture with a table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers with table, sun umbrella, grill, trampoline for children, and a covered sandbox for toddlers.
