Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

I'm from St helens and every time I go to St Helens I stay at the mecure - every time I arrive at the hotel - the staff at the hotel always give me a lovely welcome back home.- it's always nice to be recognised and acknowledged by the staff - the last time I stayed at the mecure the girl on the desk who checked me in said - I don't need to tell you were anything in the hotel is - because you stay so often that practically live here!!! Excellent hotel the staff are amazing

Had a lovely stay, nice and quiet, good location and a car park next door. We will definitely stay again the rooms are huge and a great shower.

Everything was wonderful! Literally next door to the M&S arena. Perfect if you’re going to a concert!

Straightforward check in, Very nice room with functional layout. I liked the room because it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The TV is slightly ‘too’ smart and seems to feel the need to switch itself on in the middle of the night. This could do with sorting out.

Excellent place to stay in Liverpool. Our second time back and the hotel always exceeded our expectations.

Hotel was in a great location, car parking was great as it was right next door to hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel, the staff at check in were exceptional when we had to change room's due to my mistake. A special mention has to also go to one of the night staff, Richie Cook who went above and beyond the call of duty to help us on a few occasions. Amazing hotel.

I had just finished running a marathon. The staff upgraded us due to this! We had the most beautiful room!! We arrived to a lovely note congratulating me and some personalised chocolates!
