"A very last minute booking. Room was comfortable and clean. Only not getting full marks because - the shower wasn’t draining and the water pressure and heat in the bathroom sink was way too high. It splashed everywhere and the water was too hot too quickly. Mentioned to staff on checkout."

"Breakfast buffet was good value for money. Room was clean but incredibly hot with no way of controlling the temperature of the radiator. Comfortable bed and good shower/wc room which appeared to have been recently refurbished. Check in was easy, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bar with reasonably priced drinks."

"Brilliant location for the Trafford Centre and right by the Trafford Palazzo Tram stop to get into the city centre (red line takes you straight to Victoria). We used it as a base to get to the AO Arena, handy McDonald's opposite the hotel open til midnight! Breakfast is included but when I said we'd had to check out really early they said they'd made us up a grab and go bag each - I asked if they could do a vegan one and they made me up a veggie sausage bap at 4am, top customer service!! Room was nice and had everything you'd expect, there was a gym on site which I didn't have time to try but was a nice addition! Recommend!"
