"It was lovely clean rooms lovely comfortable beds and quilts lovely a la cart restaurant only let down was struggled in room 368 to get hot water from the sink tap so had to run the bath tap for 10 minutes. 2 minute walk from liverpool lime street great staff and very friendly will be back to stay again "

Loved it he decor and right in the heart of the city centre but not in the hustle and bustle, there are some clubs/ night bars down the same street but we didn't hear a thing, lovely little street. A plus is a little dessert place pretty much opposite :) thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Excellent location. We had booked for a gig at the arena and it was an easy walk with plenty of restaurant choice for a meal on the way beforehand. Likewise, for all the waterfront and city centre attractions. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was also very quiet once the door and window were closed. We had a very enjoyable meal in the restaurant. Extremely nice staff and the steak was superb. Only gripe was the wine was opened and poured - no chance to try it first which surprised us given...

"An excellent location for Albert Dock and the City Centre. Good parking right outside the building. Bed was comfortable and a good size. Room was on the smaller size and felt a bit confined. It would have been tight for space with two people - I was on my own. The bathroom pod was a bit odd and was also tight for space. The shower was good but was leaking in two places. The temperature controls of the room were difficult to get right. The breakfast buffet was ok - we had the continental...
