Problem checking in needs attention.
No contact or keycode sent.
Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though.
It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels.

If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in
Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey in a different location, close to the Baltic area and other attractions.

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)

The room was a little dated but clean and tidy. Problem was the heat...the room was roasting hot, probably high 20s. They had provided a large fan in the room which helped, but it sounded like a aircraft taking off. Given most of the rooms have big glass windows fully exposed to the sun, they are going to have to invest in AC. I wouldn't stay again in the summer, just too hot in the room. Amenities and the food were good though.

"While the room was fabulous. We were overcharged £60 on dinner. It honestly felt like a scam. The only reason we picked up on it was because we had to confirm if we wanted payment in pounds or dollars. The restaurant manager had to come over and refund.
