Ravenstonedale conservation village lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Further afield, there are the attractions of the old market towns of Kendal, Barnard Castle, Kirkby Lonsdale, Sedbergh, numerous stately homes and gardens and the rugged beauty of the Lake District.
Weathertop House is set on the outskirts of Ravenstonedale. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful countryside, either from the comfort of the two sitting rooms or from the outdoor hot tub. This property has been furnished to a very high standard in a modern style and makes a great base for a walking weekend or simply relaxing with the family. With flexible accommodation including a ground floor bedroom with en-suite shower room and one of the first floor bedrooms provides a day bed for children wishing to be with their parents, making this an ideal location for a family get together. There are two sitting rooms, one on each floor, to take in the magnificent scenery.
The ground floor accommodation is accessed via a few stairs from the hallway down to:
Cloakroom, utility room/drying room with washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer (‘pulley’). Large open-plan area with seating, television, a wood burning stove, kitchen with breakfast bar and pantry. Double doors open into dining room with craftsman-made wooden table to seat ten. Bedroom three with 6’ super-king size bed (can be converted to twin 3’ singles on request), en-suite with walk-in shower and access to garden via french doors.

Weathertop House garden is accessed via french doors from all downstairs rooms (as well as from the side of the house). The garden is flat, enclosed and mainly laid with artificial grass. There is an outdoor dining area with barbecue and a shed which can be used for bike storage. The hot tub is tucked in at the side of the house and combines seclusion and privacy with stunning views to the Fells.
