"I didn’t have the Breakfast on this occasion but as a regular user of this hotel I confirm it is good quality. I benefited from a comfortable bed in a convenient location at a good price. "Excellent location if arriving by train at Kings Cross but also very quiet inside the hotel. The rooms and furnishings are beautiful and the breakfast room is a delight as was the food itself. The hotel does have an unusual layout though, some of the side lounges look lovely but aren’t very accessible, I’d have liked to see drinks served in those areas from the posh cocktail bar but it didn’t seem to be open: maybe you can but nobody told us? Misses a grand / central lobby. We didn’t use the downstairs bar as it seemed more for travellers coming in out from the station. "
