"We book a superior double and it was nothing like the pictures advertised. The room had a weird shape- double bed squeezed into an alcove & a single bed. A rack for hanging clothes and a table & chair. No carpets. You had to step over the bin between the bath and wall to get to the toilet. Definitely not superior, it made the Travelodge look luxurious. It was clean & convenient so one night was ok."

"Well appointed hotel with truly exceptional staff and fantastic decor. I was especially impressed by the staff at the Kimpton Fitzroy London. Upon almost every first interaction, members knew my name. They anticipated needs, provided useful information, and were each personable and very memorable. Meals at Fitz’s Brasserie were excellent and included a good range of options. The breakfast buffet incorporated a few items one could specially request, such as poached eggs when not in the mood for scrambled. The decor is what initially drew me, and it did not disappoint, but the exceptionalism of the staff will not be forgotten. I felt well taken care of and look forward to my next stay. "
