"Excellent staff, Gabila, very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent too, next to british library and 5mins walk from king's cross station. A lot of good restaurants close to the hotel. There are three lifts, and the middle one has window to see the surrounding view which is very nice. The only downside was the bathroom, shower was very weak and the ventilation of the bathroom is not strong enough."
